Welcome to 4inFashion! We are four college women taking on the fashion blogosphere. We are Textile Apparel Management majors at the University of Missouri. We created this blog for a fun class assignment. Each of us have a point of view, so we’re finding trends and styles and then we’re going to take them and show you how to apply it to your style, whether it coincide with being, bohemian, trendy, glamorous, or classic. Caroline Mueller-The Bohemian One
I find myself most comfortable and at home in the outdoors. Therefore, when choosing styles, I am attracted towards earthy, comfortable, and colorful pieces. I love whimsical accents like feathers, birds, and chunky jewelry. My personal style is a little wild sometimes but I think it represents my personality well. Contrasting patterns, flowing silhouettes, and funky ensembles help to define my Bohemian vibe.
McCall Balderston- The Trendsetter
I have been interested in fashion since I was a little girl. Stilettos, dresses, and statement jewelry are staples in my closet. Keeping up with new trends and styles is important to me. I love shopping, researching, and viewing what is in style. It is my dream to move away from my hometown, Kansas City to California within the next few years and pursue a career in the fashion industry.
Shante Fenique King- The Glamourista
A native of the Windy City, I’ve always been in love with shiny glamorous things. This love has continued on and blossomed into a love for fashion and glamour in everyday life. I graduated from the University of Missouri in 2011 and now I have a blog of my own, Chic ‘N Chocolate. I’m fun, chic and quirky. I love reading blogs, pop culture, writing, and shopping! Brooke Cummings- The All-American
Growing up in Saint Charles, Missouri hasn’t always put me at the forefront of the fashion industry. However, after pursuing a degree in Textile and Apparel Management and experiencing what the fashion world has to offer (including my first trip to New York City), I now find myself obsessed with the latest fashion! Classic beauty and clean looks define my personal style. I find my inspiration from classic movies such as Audrey Hepburn in “How to Steal a Million.” The only thing constant in this world is change, which does not exclude the fashion industry! I aspire to be at the forefront of changes in the fashion industry one day.
